We had an emergency this evening with the alarm, although reading through the manual, trying several codes to switch off the alarm which was unsuccessful found this company that was actually 24hrs.
He managed to talk us through with what to do. Silence at last.

Our house alarm was going off at 4am this morning and we couldn’t turn it off, called sas security and he was here within half an hour. Reasonable rates too considering the time of day it was. Lovely man and service. Would definitely recommend him.
